This coming season our coach, Gary Davies, will be emphasising individual performance improvement rather than game-plan and strategy as was the case last season.
Over the next few weeks bowlers who wish to work on their bowling in the off season or whom selectors (Warren Taylor, Ken Seymour & Andrea Williams) are considering for the top 2/3 sides shall be asked to meet with the coach in small groups.
Initially the coach will meet with up to 6 bowlers at a time to:-
- go through his plan,
- review individual techniques and (if needed)
- provide recommendations for individual practice/training.
30 minutes has been allocated for this activity and bowlers shall be notified of the date/time of scheduled small group meetings they are invited to attend.
