Social Bowls will commence this Saturday 14th March 2020.
Games will be played on a Saturday and Wednesday each week (subject to pennant finals commitments) with registration due by 12 noon for game start time of 12:30 pm.
Entry fee will be $6, and the format 3 bowl cosmo triples (with some fours and pairs a possibility depending on player numbers). Everyone attending will get a game. Names to be entered on the sheets on the back wall please.
Note that there are a number of special events in the coming weeks which will change the Saturday Bowls formats.
Saturday 28th March 2020 is Presentation Day – with a separate entry sheet for the social bowls being played that day (provided Hope Valley has no team playing in a Grand Final or the club is not hosting any Grand finals)
Saturday 11th April 2020 is Easter Saturday – the Easter Carnival is a separate event and entries can be made on the sheets on the whiteboard.
Saturday 25th April 2020 is Anzac Day and the club hosts its annual Australia v Rest of the World match. More details on entries for this event in the coming weeks.
Saturday 2nd May 2020 will be the official start of the Winter Bowls season. This will also be the first week that the jackpot is reintroduced to game days.
