Season Start Training Day
23 August @ 12:00 pm – 4:30 pm
Introduction to the new club coach Josh Chopin. Please be at the club by 12 noon ready for a 12:30 pm start.
Important information session for all players for the coming pennant season followed by a mix of drills/circuits and game play organised by the coach.
During the afternoon this will be intersperced with some chats about strategy, the mental aspect of bowls and setting up good systems and so on.
The idea behind the drills and circuits is to help players set up good ways of practicing that they can carry through the pre-season and season.
All pennant players are encouraged to come along and participate in these training sessions which will be a prelude to the pennant trials.
